Okay, so it’s not Christmas time in the city and it ain’t gonna be upon us again anytime soon, but it did snow this week, I’m eating just as many root vegetables as I was when the sidewalks were “dressed in holiday style,” and alas, a string of twinkling Christmas lights are still strung from the archway in my bedroom. Maybe I can’t let it go, or maybe I’m just a sucker for holiday cheer, but as Winter enters her final stretch next month (the one that comes complete with a birthday for me, and the slushy, shit show snowstorms that threaten our collective sanity), I thought it high time we take a look back at the best of the blizzard season with a taste of what The Dinner Belle can do when we get decked out to cater a 300 person holiday party launching the swanky new office space at the KPF architecture firm. Serving up Cranberry-studded Moscow Mules, Bánh Mì style Shrimp Boats, Red Velvet Whoopie Pies and a host of spirit-spiked holiday delectables, Erin and I transformed into Silver Belles for an evening that truly was filled with coworkers and canapés “meeting smile after smile.” Click on the video screen above to take a virtual tour behind the scenes at our event and Eat it Up!

Wow. The video truly showed the amount of work you put into the event. I know it was a success. ciao
