Sing it sister! Welcome Dori, and thanks for the shout-out. Keep your eyes peeled for a piece I’m about to post on the latest food film I’ve seen called “Food Fight”. I’m so pleased that this movement is moving off the plate, off the page and onto the silver screen, where it will reach a much larger audience.

Fantastic review. Food, Inc, along with In Defense of Food, The Omnivore’s Dilemma and Real Food have changed my life. This is a movie that everyone needs to see — whatever they choose to do after is their business, but I can’t imagine too many people could see this film and go back to their old ways.

Ciao Dara, indeed San Fran is our nation’s capital of real foods, but I am uber curious to discover how the wars chronicled in FOOD FIGHT have impacted our culinary vernacular at large. So excited for the screening and to work with The Supper Club again soon! XO

We are working on an event this august to screen the documentary FOOD FIGHT- I think you will love it! Now i need to go see this one and compare. Your trip to San Fran sounds like a dream. I don’t want you to move… but I would certainly not blame you! The “real” foods out there are a true inspiration!
